Terms of Service

Basepull is provided by Omoseka Inc. (株式会社おもせか), Okayama, Japan. By installing the add-on you agree to these terms.

Service

Basepull copies data from Airtable into Google Sheets. The Free plan is limited to one sync per spreadsheet, manual runs and 1,000 rows. Pro is a monthly subscription that removes those limits as described on the pricing page. We may change limits and prices with notice on the website; existing subscribers keep their price for 12 months.

Your responsibilities

You must have the right to access the Airtable data you sync and to store it in Google Sheets. Keep your Airtable token confidential; use read-only scopes.

Billing, cancellation, refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically. Cancel any time from "Manage subscription"; access continues to the end of the paid period. Full refund within 14 days of first purchase on request.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Scheduled runs depend on Google Apps Script and the Airtable API, whose quotas and availability we do not control. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.

Law

Governing law: Japan. Venue: Okayama District Court.
